for bold,
Ceremonies are performed on weekdays in-person only and can be scheduled here 24h after obtaining your marriage license. The calendar is only available for 3 weeks ahead. The fee is $25 and is paid on the day of ceremony.
To legally marry in NYC, you'll need to obtain a marriage license from the City Clerk's office. You can apply for a license in person (by appointment only) or online. The fee is $35. A New York State Marriage License is valid for 60 days.
Before embarking on your elopement journey, research the requirements for getting married at New York City Hall. Gather all required documents for your marriage license application.
As of August 2023 the NYC City Hall allows 4 guests inside with the couple (including a photographer). Double check if the regulations have changed before inviting more people and plan accordingly.
After you set you date, you can start booking your vendors - photographer, make up, hair, florist, etc.
Look no further - out team includes them all!
If you are coming to get married to NYC from a different country, you may need to obtain an Apostille to register the marriage in your home country. Walk-in same day Apostille services are available 9am-4pm at the New York City Marriage Bureau
When your number is called, you proceed to the clerk to sign your marriage license and pay the 25$ fee. Your witness signs too. Hold on to your C-number because you must wait to be called again. This wait time is a good opportunity to take some candid photos before making it official.
Arrive 15min earlier and get through the security. Don't forget to bring your IDs (your witness will ned one too) and your marriage license. You will be issued a C-queue number (C is for Ceremony) and will wait until it's called.
You will be called by your number again to the private ceremony room. The ceremony itself is super short - you can exchange the rings, but will not have time for the vows (so plan accordingly). The officiant will hand you your Marriage Certificate at the end and you will be officially married!
The iconic exit is probably the most exciting photo part of City Hall. We can plan a confetti toss or bubble exit for you to make it fun and joyful and continue with your plan for the day.

Not only was she a total professional the whole time, she was also friendly, and fun and calming on the biggest day of our lives, that was probably the most important takeaway for us. On top of of all that, the photos are absolutely stunning and better than we could’ve ever imagined.

Larisa is the BEST!!! She captured such beautiful moments on our wedding day, and she totally understood the vibe and mood we were going for. She knew exactly how to work with us to make us feel comfortable. I'd recommend in a heartbeat to anyone!
